Redesigning a legal CRM with a small, AI-native design team

I led the redesign of every section of Intaker, a client-intake CRM for law firms, onto one design system. Along the way, I moved my team from Figma handoffs to editing the product's real code with AI, organised in small teams that own features end to end. Design work is now mostly based on real-code prototypes, finishes faster and needs fewer rounds of revision.
